As the seasons shift from the heat of summer to the crisp coolness of autumn, our bodies and minds need support to transition smoothly. This 5-week Ayurvedic Yoga Series is designed to align your practice with nature’s rhythms, balancing the elements to cultivate stability, warmth, and deep nourishment. Each 75-minute session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to harmonise body and mind. What to expect ... * Week 1: Rooting & Slowing Down – Grounding practices to cultivate stability and calm the nervous system. Focus on earth element to support a steady transition. * Week 2: Fluidity & Adaptability – Soft, flowing movements to release summer heat and lubricate the joints. Connect with the water element to ease into seasonal change. * Week 3: Strengthening & Warming – Ignite inner warmth and boost digestion with strengthening postures. Awaken the fire element to maintain energy and balance. * Week 4: Cultivating Lightness & Space – Breath-centered movement to balance Vata dosha and bring steadiness to body and mind. Work with the air element to prevent seasonal imbalances. * Week 5: Expanding into Stillness & Presence – Mindful movement with deeper inhalation, breath retention, and longer stays in postures to cultivate presence. The space element invites self-inquiry, quietude, and the opportunity to deepen into meditation and simply be. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to bring you into alignment with the natural rhythms of the season, supporting your well-being from the inside out. Perfect for those looking to cultivate a mindful practice that nurtures body, mind, and soul. This series is perfect for anyone wanting to transition with ease, deepen their connection to seasonal wisdom, and develop a yoga practice that supports inner balance. Starts Friday 21 February 2025. Cancellation Policy
Payment for bookings in a group class are made at the time of booking by purchasing a class pass. If cancellation for attendance is less than 14 hours prior to class then that class will be deducted from the class pass if that space cannot be filled.
