Black Salt, traditionally known as Kalak Namak, has been used extensively in India for enhancing the flavour of foods and is used in many Ayurvedic preparations to stimulate and enhance digestibility. 
This premium quality salt is the highest grade available, mined in the Rajasthan region of Northern India. It has a unique, distinctive, savoury flavour. Unlike other black salts on the market that are often mixed with regular salt, this is 100% pure black salt.
