Service Description
A practical approach to creating a daily practice to soothe and ease a busy, worried and overwhelmed mind. During this 2 hour session you will learn answers to, amongst many other things - * What is meditation? * My mind is always racing - will I be able to slow it down? * What can I do to quieten my mind? * How long is a meditation practice? * When can I do a meditation practice? * Are there different ways to meditate? * Do I have to sit on the floor? We will also explore different practices during the afternoon so you can leave with a practical experience of ways to shift from a busy, thought-filled mind to a calmer and lighter mind and how you can integrate a practice into your day.
