Calm Body Calm Mind

Slow your mind down?
It’s known that what happens in the body reflects in the mind. This class blends mindful movement supported by breath to take that first step towards slowing the mind and preparing for a period of deeper breathing that leads into meditation using focuses such as breath, objects or repetition of sound as well as visualisation.
Numbers are limited to maintain a small group to support a safe and enjoyable experience of Yoga. Mixed levels

Integrating Body Breath Mind: Developing focus

Wanting to deepen your experience of Yoga?
Based on the 8 limbs of classical yoga, this class blends a touch of philosophy with progressive asana and breathing practices that build a foundation for focus and lead into meditation. Yoga is often defined as a union, coming together – a reintegration of our body breath and mind.
This class is most suitable for experienced practitioners.

New to Yoga? Or want to pick up your practice after a break?
Yoga Basics is just for you. Introducing the fundamentals of classical Yoga to build a strong foundation to safely take you on your Yoga journey. You will learn how to move mindfully with your breath and breathing practices that will help calm your body and mind.

Integrating Body Breath Mind

A  focus of progressive development of strength and flexibility and maintaining focus with the breath supporting and aligning all movements. As students are ready, new and supportive breathing practices are introduced as a stepping stone to move into a quiet time for focus, reflection, meditation
Most suitable for those with some experience of Yoga or who have done the Yoga Basics program. 
Numbers are limited to maintain a small group to support a safe and enjoyable experience of Yoga.

 

Yoga to Unwind

Thursday 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Time to unwind. Unload. Destress. A more restorative class using gentle mindful movement with breath to ease away the tension, fatigue, tiredness then using support to stay and fully let go and breathe …. 
Numbers are limited to maintain a small group to support a safe and enjoyable experience of Yoga.  Mixed levels welcome

A more dynamic class to create energy at the start of the day.

Bookings essential - class subject to minimum numbers.

Bookings to be made 24hrs prior to class - class cancellations at least 12 hours prior.

Not suitable for beginners.
