Ashwagandha Jam, traditionally known as Ashwagandha Lehyam, is a delicious Ayurvedic preparation that has been enjoyed for centuries. In India, this has been traditionally used for building up strength and restoring energy when feeling depleted.

The main ingredient Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) is renowned for its strengthening, fortifying and vitalising properties. Ashwagandha is combined with seven other Ayurvedic herbs and spices in a base of ghee, honey and raw cane sugar (prepared in the traditional Ayurvedic manner) without the use of preservatives or artificial flavours.

This is one of the best-tasting rasayans and can be enjoyed purely as a sweet, nourishing treat after meals. Alternatively, take 1 tsp or add it to a cup of milk to make a delicious drink.


Ingredients: Ashwagandha root, Ayurvedically prepared Raw Cane Sugar, Raw Honey, Velvet Bean, Ghee, Liquorice, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Corduroy Orchid (tuber).
