Join us for a hands-on cooking workshop designed to bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit with the vibrant energy of Spring. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda is based on natural healing, and teaches us how to align with the changing seasons through food that nourishes and revitalises from the inside-out.


In this workshop, you will learn:
